In lieu of my repertoire of witty repartee, tonight we would like to feature a message from the patient himself.

I want to say thank you for your kind words, love and support these past few weeks. What a journey it has been and I can’t believe I made it through. I am hopefully being discharged sometime Sunday and will start the slow recovery process in Mississippi with my family for the next several weeks. It means the world to me that so many of people reached out. I appreciate your continued support and encouragement the upcoming weeks and we will try to provide timely updates.
